Is it really unlimited?
On Standard and Pro, yes. Add as many requests as you like. We work on one at a time on Standard, or two at a time on Pro, and start the next as soon as one is delivered. Starter covers up to 4 requests a month.
What’s the difference between the plans?
Every plan delivers each request in 2 business days. Starter covers up to 4 requests a month, with feedback by message only. Standard takes unlimited requests, one at a time, with a weekly call. Pro works on two requests at once, so twice as much moves each week.
Do you offer 24-hour delivery?
Not as a standard plan. If you need it, contact us and we’ll quote it.
What counts as one request?
One clear deliverable, such as a screen, a flow or a landing page section. Bigger projects are split into smaller requests, and we agree on the split before we start.
What is a coded prototype?
A working version of the design, built in real code instead of a static Figma file. You can click through it like the real product, and your developers can build on it to ship the feature faster.
Who owns the files?
You do. Every prototype, Figma file and asset we create for you is yours.
How do we communicate?
