1. Working with FlickStudio
FlickStudio provides product design and related design services. Before work or payment, we confirm the scope, fees, delivery schedule and any project-specific conditions in writing. A booking or enquiry does not by itself start a paid engagement.
2. Plans, requests and delivery
Our monthly plans support one active design request at a time. The selected plan sets the agreed delivery target. Timing depends on the scope of the request and receiving the content, access and feedback needed to complete it. Larger requests may be divided into agreed deliverables.
The $100 trial covers one scoped design task and does not require a subscription. We agree what the task includes before starting.
3. Fees and billing
Prices are shown in US dollars. We confirm the payment schedule, applicable taxes and any recurring billing terms before payment. Additional work or costs must be agreed separately.
4. Your materials and feedback
You are responsible for supplying accurate project information and having permission to use the content, assets and accounts you provide. Timely feedback helps us keep work moving. Do not share passwords or sensitive information through a public enquiry.
5. Deliverables and ownership
Your engagement includes the agreed editable design files and assets. Ownership, handover and any third-party font, image or software licences are confirmed in the written project terms.
6. Pausing or cancelling
You can request a pause or cancellation by emailing us. We confirm when it takes effect and how it affects scheduled work and future billing. Cancelling does not automatically create a right to a refund for work that has already started.
7. Refunds
No refunds are available once work starts, subject to any rights required by applicable law. Please read the separate Refund policy for the trial and monthly plans.
8. Written agreements and your rights
Specific terms agreed in writing for your project apply to that engagement. These website terms do not remove rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. We will update this page when these terms change.
