1. Once work starts
No refunds are available once FlickStudio starts work on your agreed task or engagement. This applies to the $100 one-task trial and monthly design plans, subject to any rights required by applicable law.
Work starts when our team begins delivering the agreed service, including project research, design exploration or production. We confirm the scope and planned start with you before beginning.
2. Before work starts
If you need to cancel before work begins, email us as soon as possible. We will confirm whether work has started and review your request under the written terms agreed before payment.
3. Trials and revisions
The $100 trial covers one agreed design task. Discuss the scope and expected output with us before paying. If you have feedback after delivery, contact us so we can address it through the revisions included in your engagement.
4. Pauses and cancellations
Pausing or cancelling a monthly plan does not refund work that has already started. Contact us to confirm the effective date and any future billing before the next payment is due.
5. Payment issues and required rights
If you believe a payment was duplicated or charged in error, email us with the payment date and reference so we can investigate. Never send full card details by email.
This policy does not exclude any refund or other remedy required by applicable law. Any exception we agree for your engagement will be confirmed in writing.
